Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has introduced a wheat farmers incentive package, a major financial support initiative aimed at assisting wheat farmers across the province.
In her announcement, she detailed that farmers will receive free tractors and land levellers, helping them enhance their productivity. Through the Kisan Card program, farmers will also gain access to high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides for wheat cultivation, all provided on an interest-free basis.
She emphasized that this incentive package is one of several large-scale initiatives launched recently to boost agricultural productivity and farmer welfare, calling these unprecedented in scale and impact.
